Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
At EDD Hold, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our auto-dialing and call bridging service.
1. Information We Collect
In order to provide our service, we only collect the minimum required information:
- Callback Phone Number: We collect your phone number so that our automated system can call you back and bridge you into the queue when an operator is reached.
- Payment Data: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, view, or have access to your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC code on our servers.
- Call Metadata: We log call status, timestamps, and active dialing attempts to debug connection quality and ensure successful connections. We do not record or monitor the audio of your conversation with agency representatives.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data solely to:
- Initiate outbound calls to your selected government agency.
- Trigger the automated callback to your phone number once hold queue is reached.
- Process your payment securely via Stripe.
- Improve system performance and prevent rate-limiting or carrier blocks.
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To deliver the service, we share data with the following trusted third parties:
- Telnyx: Our telecommunications partner, who routes calls and executes menu keypress sequences via SIP trunk.
- Stripe: Our payment processing partner, who securely manages card transactions.
4. Data Retention
We believe in a minimal data footprint. Callback phone numbers and call tracking metadata are automatically anonymized or purged from our active operational databases after 30 days. Billing logs are preserved as required for financial audit compliance.
