Privacy & Security

EDD Hold is a phone access utility. We help you reach an agency phone queue; we do not handle your claim, ask for your SSN, record calls, or advise on benefits, taxes, disability, immigration, or eligibility.

What We Collect

• Callback phone number, used to bridge you into the agency call.
• Selected agency line and session status events such as dialing, navigating, connected, failed, or refunded.
• Payment confirmation metadata from Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or expiration date.

What We Do Not Collect

• No Social Security numbers, claim numbers, tax IDs, medical details, benefit amounts, or account passwords.
• No call recordings, transcripts, speech recognition output, or conversation summaries.
• No sale of customer data to advertisers, brokers, or marketing lists.

Provider Roles

Stripe processes payment securely. Telnyx and our Asterisk infrastructure process phone numbers, call routing, and call status metadata needed to place and bridge calls.

Retention

Callback phone numbers and operational call metadata are purged or anonymized from active operational storage after 30 days. Billing, refund, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained longer where required.

Deletion Requests

To request deletion of operational data associated with a session, email support@eddhold.com with the callback number, checkout email, and approximate session time. We will remove data we no longer need for billing, fraud-prevention, refund, or legal compliance.
