Email support@eddhold.com. Include your checkout email, callback phone number, agency line, and approximate session time so we can find the event log quickly.
If we reached the queue and your phone did not answer, the session may not be refundable. Send the session details and we will review the bridge and callback timestamps.
If the number was entered incorrectly, email us immediately. We can review whether dialing had started and whether any bridge occurred.
If the agency disconnected within 10 seconds after bridge, send the session details. That scenario is generally refundable after verification.
If the session exhausted its attempts without bridging you to a queue or representative, request a refund and we will verify the event log.
EDD Hold is independent. We are not EDD, IRS, SSA, or any government agency. We only provide dialing and call bridging.
We do not ask for SSNs or claim numbers and do not record calls. For deletion requests, include the session details and we will remove eligible operational data.
