By using the EDD Hold website and dialer service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Service

EDD Hold provides an automated utility that redials congested phone lines of selected government agencies on behalf of users. When our automated system successfully navigates the interactive voice response (IVR) phone tree and reaches the hold queue, it automatically calls the user back and bridges the two call legs. Our service is paid on a per-session basis.

2. No Government Affiliation

EDD Hold is a private, independent utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sanctioned by, or associated with the California Employment Development Department (EDD), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), or any other local, state, or federal government agency. We do not sell or distribute official government services or benefits. We only charge for the technical cost of automated dialing and call bridging.
