By using the EDD Hold website and dialer service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Service

EDD Hold provides an automated utility that redials congested phone lines of selected government agencies on behalf of users. When our automated system successfully navigates the interactive voice response (IVR) phone tree and reaches the hold queue, it automatically calls the user back and bridges the two call legs. Our service is paid on a per-session basis.

2. No Government Affiliation

EDD Hold is a private, independent utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sanctioned by, or associated with the California Employment Development Department (EDD), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Social Security Administration (SSA), or any other local, state, or federal government agency. We do not sell or distribute official government services or benefits. We only charge for the technical cost of automated dialing and call bridging.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use EDD Hold only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing phone numbers for callbacks that you do not own, or for which you do not have express authorization to receive calls.
• Attempting to use our platform to harass, spam, or initiate robocalls to private individuals or non-authorized business lines.
• Taking any actions that interfere with, disrupt, or place an excessive load on our systems or telecommunication infrastructure.

4. Payments & Refunds

All session payments are processed securely in advance via Stripe. We offer a 100% money-back connection guarantee. If our system fails to successfully bridge you to the selected agency's hold line or representative within your session's attempt limits, we will issue a full refund. 5. Limitation of Liability

EDD Hold acts solely as a dialing utility. We make no guarantees and accept no liability regarding:

• The outcome of your conversation with the government agency.
• Any determinations made regarding your benefits, claims, or account status.
• Calls that are disconnected by the agency after being successfully bridged.
• Any delays or issues arising from telecommunication carrier outages or network instability.
